Surfset Newport at FloorTime Studios is Rhode Island's original destination for Surfset Fitness: the incredibly efficient, core-intensive, and astonishingly FUN new total-body fitness phenomenon as seen on the hit ABC TV show Shark Tank. Our Surfset Newport program was awarded "Best of RI" by RI Monthly Magazine in 2013, and we now feature classes in 2 great RI locations: in Newport at Board SUP Newport, and in Kingston at RI Yoga Center near URI Campus. 

 

We have a simple $12 drop-in rate for all of our Aquidneck Island fitness classes.
